Nine short screens, in three acts โ the shift, the build, the commitment. You name who you're becoming, choose one tiny daily action, and start showing up from day one.
The very first screen meets you where you are: "You've tried to change before." The point isn't another goal โ it's the quiet story you tell yourself about who you are.
Then we ask the friendliest possible question โ what should we call you? Your name is optional, and asking it early lets the app speak to you personally on the screens that follow.
A third screen lays out the whole idea: change is just choosing who you are today, then showing up again tomorrow.
Before asking you to write anything, the app asks which part of your life you're ready to take control of โ focus & work, physical health, mind & calm, learning, connection, or discipline. Or pick "Something else" to define your own.
Your choice quietly shapes everything ahead: it sets the suggestions you'll see on the next two screens, and it gives your new identity a fitting icon and colour automatically.
Now the heart of it. Two questions, with tailored suggestion chips you can tap as a starting point and then make your own:
Who are you becoming? Name the identity in your own words โ "A writer," "An athlete," "A calm mind."
What does this person do? Name one small daily action. The highlighted chip is the "safe daily win" โ the version you won't talk yourself out of, like "Put on gym shoes" or "Write one sentence."
Before you commit, the app shows your choices as a single, beautifully animated identity card โ your area, your name, the identity you chose, and your first action with a checkmark.
It's a small moment of "yes, that's me," with a quiet line underneath: Day one starts tomorrow. If something's off, the back arrow lets you change it.
The final act is about following through. First, "When should we hold you to it?" โ choose the daily window we'll nudge you in. (It defaults to 8 PM; you can change it later.)
Then one last screen of reassurance: "This is how it becomes automatic." We don't chase perfection โ we just help you keep showing up until the person you're becoming is simply who you are.
When you tap Begin, the app creates your identity and first habit in the background and the phone fires a haptic sequence โ Heavy, then Medium, then Light โ a descending pattern that feels like something clicking into place.
You land on a "Day 1 starts now." screen that welcomes you by name, then hands you straight to Home with your identity already live and ready for its first log.
